The Batman Edition of the BE 6 has once again sold out in India. Bookings for the limited-run variant opened on March 10, 2026, at 11 am for only 24 hours, but all 999 units were snapped up within just seven minutes. While Mahindra has not yet confirmed whether another batch of the Batman Edition will be introduced, the strong market response shows the continued appeal of the superhero-themed SUV among Indian buyers. Deliveries of the special edition are scheduled to begin on April 20, 2026.
This is not the first time the model has witnessed such an overwhelming booking response. For the uninitiated, the first batch sold out within just two minutes (135 seconds) of bookings opening at 11 am on August 23 last year. While the Batman Edition was initially launched at a price of Rs 27.79 lakh, Mahindra has increased the price this time around, offering it at Rs 28.49 lakh (ex-showroom), which is Rs 70,000 higher than before.

The limited-run Mahindra SUV is based on the top-spec Pack Three variant of the BE 6. It has a larger 79kWh battery and an ARAI-claimed range of 682 kilometres. Power comes from a rear-axle electric motor (282bhp/380Nm). Charging-wise, Customers have the option to either opt for a 7.2kW or 11kW AC unit, but these are sold as an extra and are not included in the base price.

As the Batman Edition is based on the top-spec variant, it comes packed with all bells and whistles. Some of the notable features include a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, a panoramic glass roof, a 360-degree camera, ventilated and electrically adjustable front seats, ISOFIX child seat mounts, and seven airbags.
Although the SUV has the familiar silhouette, it stands out with its Gotham-inspired personality. Key cosmetic upgrades include a Satin Black matte paint finish, 20-inch alloy wheels, Alchemy Gold Batman emblems, gold-accented suspension coils and brake callipers, Batman-themed decals and a BE 6 x The Dark Knight badge.
