All-new Hyundai Aura Launched at Rs 6.29 Lakh in India

After the new-gen Grand i10 Nios, Hyundai Motor India has launched the all-new Aura in the country at an introductory price of Rs 6.29 lakh (ex-showroom). The car gets RDE-compliant and E-20 Ready powertrain options.

Hyundai Motor India has launched the new Aura at a starting price of Rs 6.29 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. A 1.2-litre petrol engine will continue to power the facelift model, offering 82bhp and 113.8Nm. It also has a CNG kit installed, which generates 68bhp and 95.2Nm. Both come with a 5-speed manual transmission, however, the petrol model also has an AMT option. The all-new Hyundai Aura will incorporate a number of brand-new features and industry-first safety components. Polar White, Titan Grey, Typhoon Silver, New Starry Night, Teal Blue, and Fiery Red will be the six colour options for the new Aura. Starry Night, which can be found on the Verna, the i20, the Alcazar, and the Tucson, has taken the place of Vintage Brown as an available colour option. 

The 2023 Hyundai Aura facelift shares the same dimensions as the standard model. It measures 3,995mm in length, 1,680mm in width, and 1,520mm in height, and has a 2,450mm wheelbase.

In terms of features, the facelift model gets several updates. A new black radiator grille, DRLs, an automated headlamp, a rear wing spoiler, chrome door handles, a blacked-out B pillar, and an updated bumper are all added to the sedan. It is fitted on diamond-cut 15-inch alloy wheels.

On the inside, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity, a 3.5-inch speedometer with multi-information display, voice recognition, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, arear adjustable headrest, the Type C USB fast charger, a wireless phone charger, and a tilt power steering are a few of the highlights.

Six airbags are an option in addition to the four airbags that come standard with the model. Additionally, the model gets a burglar alarm and automated headlights. The immobilizer, emergency stop signal, tyre pressure monitoring system, electronic stability control, hill start assist, rear parking sensors, camera, and headlamp escort function are additional safety features of the Hyundai Aura facelift.

The bookings for the model opened on January 9, 2023. After much anticipation, the carmaker has finally launched the facelift model in India. The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Facelift has also been launched by the automaker at an introductory price of Rs 5.68 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The model has arrived with a range of updates over the standard model including a new front fascia and an improved interior. Just like its other facelift sibling, the 2023 Hyundai Aura, the new Grand i10 Nios gets a variety of safety features.
