All-new Hyundai Verna Deliveries Begin in India

Hyundai launched the new Verna in India this month at an introductory price of Rs 10.90 lakh (ex-showroom). According to industry reports, the deliveries of the recently introduced Verna have finally begun in our market. On the mechanical front, two engine options are available for the sedan. The turbocharged 1.5-litre engine offers 158bhp and 253Nm, while the standard 1.5-litre engine generates a maximum power output of 113bhp and 144Nm of peak torque. Both a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT gearbox are available as options for the transmission. The new sedan comes in four variants: EX, S, SX, and SX (O). The 2023 Verna competes with the 2023 Honda City, the Volkswagen Virtus, the Skoda Slavia, and the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz in the Indian market. 2023 Hyundai Verna: Features 

The 2023 Verna has arrived in India with a few segment-first features, including heated and ventilated front seats, a front parking sensor, switchable controls for the air conditioner and the infotainment system, and a dashboard indication for the seatbelts of the backseat passengers. Level 2 ADAS, an electric sunroof, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an all-digital instrument cluster, automated climate control, and more are some other features.

2023 Hyundai Verna: Exterior 

Outside, the redesigned Verna features the organization's "Sensuous Sportiness" design. It has a new blacked-out grille with integrated LED headlamps and a sharp-looking bumper with LED strips running symmetrically across the face. The next-generation Verna gets LED taillamps at the rear. Among mid-size sedans, the recently launched Hyundai Verna stands out thanks to its rising beltline and coupe-like rear end. Moreover, it gets diamond-cut alloy wheels that offer a sporty appearance. 

2023 Hyundai Verna: Interior 

A new 10.25-inch HD infotainment screen as well as a digital cluster with a TFT MID are located in the centre of the dashboard. The vehicle has a power driver's seat, heated and ventilated front seats, 64-color ambient lighting, a Bose audio system, automated climate control, a wireless charger, an electric sunroof, and more. It also has a two-spoke steering wheel and other standard features.

2023 Hyundai Verna: Dimensions 

The new version's 2,670mm wheelbase, the longest on the market, gives both rows of passengers plenty of legroom. With a 1,765mm width, the 2023 Verna, according to the firm, is the broadest sedan in its category. Further, it measures 1,475mm in height and 4,535mm in length.
