Bharat Mobility Expo 2025: Toyota made a notable impression at the Auto Expo 2025 by unveiling its cutting-edge X-Van, a futuristic electric vehicle designed to redefine urban mobility. Alongside the X-Van, Toyota's luxury division, Lexus, showcased the innovative ROV Concept and the sleek LF-ZC concepts, representing the brand's commitment to sustainable and advanced automotive technologies. The X-Van stands out with its modular design, emphasising versatility and eco-friendliness, while the ROV Concept2 introduces a rugged yet sustainable off-road vision. Meanwhile, the LF-ZC concept highlights Lexus' aspirations for electrified luxury with groundbreaking features. Together, these vehicles reflect Toyota and Lexus' forward-thinking approach, aiming to shape the future of mobility through sustainability, innovation, and cutting-edge design.

The Toyota X-Van represents a visionary approach to MPV design, prioritising flexibility, and functionality to meet diverse user demands. Key design elements include a spacious three-panel sunroof, bold plastic cladding along the lower sections, as well as rear-sliding, suicide-style doors, which enhance its rugged, durable aesthetic.

Its unique structure removes the B-pillar, creating an open, airy cabin with a generous glasshouse effect. The interior layout is highly adaptable, offering seating configurations like 1-3-2 or 2-2-2 to suit varying needs.
The Lexus LF-ZC concept, presented at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, first made its debut in 2023 and offers a glimpse of a next-generation model set to launch in 2026. This concept embodies Lexus’ "Provocative Simplicity" design philosophy, featuring a futuristic aesthetic with a streamlined body, dramatic sloping roofline, and a low-profile stance. Its bold front design, including distinctive daytime running lights, enhances its striking visual appeal.

Inside, the LF-ZC pushes boundaries with its technology-driven cabin. Central to its functionality is the Arena operating system, which controls multiple displays for managing driving modes, assistance systems, climate settings, and AI-powered features. A widescreen heads-up display ensures vital information remains easily accessible for an enhanced driving experience.

On the other hand, the ROV Concept represents Lexus’ approach to sustainable off-road exploration. Powered by a 1-litre hydrogen engine, it delivers responsive performance and an engaging engine sound while maintaining low emissions. Compact dimensions – 3,120mm in length, 1,725mm in width, and 1,800mm in height – are paired with a lightweight frame and extensive suspension travel to deliver agile, natural handling on rough terrain. Its minimalistic cabin prioritizes essential information, ensuring the driver stays fully focused during adventurous drives.
