Honda Brio facelift launched at Rs 4.69 lakh

Honda launches the new Brio with more features and cosmetic updates.

Honda has launched the Brio facelift ahead of the festive season. The new Brio carries a price-tag ranging between Rs 4.69 lakh and Rs 6.81 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Updates on the new car are mainly cosmetic while it also gets a few additional features.

Changes on the exterior include a thicker gloss black and chrome finished front grille along with a new design front bumper – similar to recently launched Amaze facelift. Around the back, the refreshed Brio gets new tailgate spoiler with LED stop-lamp. Other than that the exteriors of the Brio remain unchanged.

Inside is where the Brio has been completely revamped. Like the Amaze, it gets a new dashboard design with dual beige-black theme as standard while the top-end variant gets all black theme. Apart from that, it gets a new three-pod instrument cluster, a 2 DIN stereo with Bluetooth connectivity and digital AC controls on the top-end variant.

On the mechanical front, no changes have been made. It comes powered by the same 1.2-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that delivers maximum output of 87bhp @ 6,000rpm and 109 Nm @ 4,500rpm. 5-speed manual is standard while a 5-speed torque converter automatic is also available.

ABS, EBD and dual-airbags are available in higher trims while 2 year/ 40,000 km warranty is standard. Variant wise prices of the new Honda Brio (ex-showroom, Delhi) are as follows,
