Hyundai Aura

Hyundai has expanded its popular Aura sedan lineup by introducing a new Corporate variant, priced at Rs 7.48 lakh (ex-showroom). Positioned to offer enhanced value, the Corporate edition has several premium features and cosmetic upgrades, catering to both individual buyers and fleet operators. Key additions include 15-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, a rear wing spoiler, and an advanced infotainment option for an elevated driving experience. The new variant continues to be powered by the reliable 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine, compliant with BS6 Phase 2 norms. With this launch, Hyundai aims to strengthen the appeal of the Aura by providing a balanced combination of style, comfort, and affordability, meeting the evolving needs of Indian consumers.

Hyundai Aura Corporate: Price, Features

The Aura's Corporate variant, positioned between the S and SX trims, offers a compelling new option for buyers. Customers can choose between petrol and CNG versions, priced at Rs 7.48 lakh and Rs 8.47 lakh, respectively. Both mentioned prices are ex-showroom figures.

The newly added trim brings a range of subtle yet notable enhancements. It features 15-inch dual-tone steel wheels, a special Corporate badging, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a sporty rear wing spoiler, as well as sleek LED daytime running lights (DRLs) at the front. Moving on to the cabin, the variant boasts a 6.75-inch touchscreen infotainment panel, though it does not support Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Comfort-focused additions include rear AC vents and a centre armrest at the rear with an integrated cup holder. Safety-wise, the model continues with the same features as the base model, including seatbelt reminders for passengers, 4 airbags, and three-point seatbelts.

Apart from the ones mentioned above, the Aura offers several other amenities such as a wireless charger, adjustable rear headrests, automatic climate control, a chrome-finished gear knob, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a parking lever tip, and metal-finished interior door handles. Higher-spec variants offer additional touches, such as upgraded footwell lighting, a 3.5-inch MID in the instrument cluster, and Type-C charging ports for added convenience.

Hyundai Aura: Powertrain

Coming to the mechanical side of things, the sedan is powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated (NA) unit that belts out 82bhp of maximum power and 114Nm of peak torque in the petrol configuration. Unlike the top-of-the-line variants that come mated with a five-speed AMT option, the Corporate variant is available only with a five-speed manual transmission.

The CNG version, featuring the same engine, generates 68bhp and 95Nm of torque and also comes exclusively with a five-speed manual gearbox, appealing to customers seeking efficient yet practical powertrain options.
