Hyundai is preparing to introduce the all-new Creta to the world on January 16. However, before the launch, several spy images of the SUV have been circulating on the internet. The car was spotted again during road tests, revealing the presence of a new digital instrument cluster with white dials that looked to have been borrowed from the Hyundai Alcazar. Other prominent interior features such as a 10.25-inch central screen and a two-spoke steering wheel also seem to be included. The new Creta is likely to shake up India's SUV industry with its possible exterior changes like a revamped bumper, redesigned tailboard, and new grille. With several interior and exterior modifications, the upcoming Hyundai SUV is likely to have a higher price tag than the outgoing model, which is priced at Rs 10.87 lakh (ex-showroom). To know more about the potential features of the all-new Hyundai Creta, read on.

Hyundai Creta Facelift: Engine

The 1.5-litre diesel and naturally-aspirated petrol engine options for the Creta will remain available in the 2024 iteration. However, a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine with a 159-bhp maximum power output is expected to be added to the mix. A 7-speed dual-clutch automatic and 6-speed manual transmission will be the available gearbox options for this more potent powerplant. It is important to note that these are mere assumptions, and specific details will be disclosed during the official market introduction.

The all-new Creta is expected to come with a 360-degree camera, an ADAS suite, bigger 18-inch wheels on some higher-spec models, and new upholstery paint options. The Kia Seltos, the MG Astor, the Honda Elevate, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, the Skoda Kushaq, and the Volkswagen Taigun, will be competitors of the upcoming midsize Hyundai vehicle. The car's starting ex-showroom cost is expected to be around Rs 10.50 lakh, according to market reports. With this makeover, the new Creta is rumoured to stand tall on the needs of potential clients in the compact SUV segment.
