Hyundai has introduced new variants and feature upgrades for the popular Creta to celebrate the SUV's decade-long journey in India.

Hyundai has rolled out new variants and feature upgrades for the popular Creta SUV to mark its decade-long journey in India. The Creta King is now the top-spec and most feature-rich variant in the lineup, priced between Rs 17.89 lakh and Rs 20.61 lakh. The King variant comes draped in an all-new matte black colour and offers all three engine options (1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol, and 1.5-litre diesel). Transmission options include a 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic, Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT), and 7-speed Dual-Clutch Transmission (DCT). Alongside this, Hyundai has launched the King Knight variant, with prices starting at Rs 19.49 lakh and reaching up to Rs 20.77 lakh (ex-showroom). It is exclusively offered with the 1.5-litre NA petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines, both mated to automatic transmissions. Based on the King variant, the Korean carmaker has also introduced a Limited Edition model that adds exclusive features and is priced from Rs 19.64 lakh to Rs 20.92 lakh. All prices mentioned are ex-showroom. The Limited Edition is available only with the 1.5-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines, and automatic gearboxes.

The Creta King and King Knight variants come fully loaded with a host of premium features. These include a front-row seatback table with an integrated device holder and retractable cup holder, a dashcam, and a sliding front center armrest with storage, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wired Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay, and 18-inch alloy wheels (diamond-cut on the King and matte black on the Knight).

The King variant debuts a bold new 'Black Matte' exterior shade. Meanwhile, the King Knight variant stands out with its all-black theme and a distinctive Knight emblem.

Based on the feature-packed Creta King variant, the Hyundai Creta King Limited Edition adds a special touch to its identity with 'King' branding across elements such as carpet mats, key cover, seat belt covers, and headrest cushions. It is available with three colour options (Abyss Black, Atlas White, and Black Matte).
Hyundai has also introduced a range of new features across multiple variants.

Key highlights include 18-inch alloy wheels, dual zone automatic temperature control (DATC), with a touch panel interface, and dashcam. The sportier Creta N Line SUV has also benefited from the feature upgrades.
