Hyundai Creta Variants Rejigged in India; Prices Start at Rs 12.97 Lakh

The SX Premium comes with ventilated front seats, a Bose 8-speaker system, leather upholstery, and scooped seats. While the EX (O) offers a panoramic sunroof and LED reading lamps.

Hyundai has expanded the Creta SUV lineup in India with two new variants, the SX Premium and EX (O), both featuring a range of exciting new updates. The company has also made several enhancements to the existing models to improve the overall experience. For instance, the Creta SX (O) variant now comes with scooped seats, a rain sensor, and a rear wireless charger. In addition, a new Smart Key featuring a motion sensor is now offered starting with the S (O) variant. Furthermore, colour options like Titan Grey Matte and Starry Night, are now available for all variants. Here's a look at the prices of newly introduced/updated models.

Hyundai Creta: New Variants and Features

Hyundai’s newly launched SX Premium and EX (O) variants boast a perfect mix of advanced technology and sought-after features. The SX Premium model offers front-row ventilated seats, an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, a premium Bose 8-speaker sound system, leather upholstery, and ergonomically sculpted scooped seats.

On the other hand, the EX (O) variant adds a panoramic sunroof, and LED reading lamps.

Other Specifications

The Creta offers a choice of 1.5-litre petrol and diesel powertrains. The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine delivers 113bhp and 144Nm, while the 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine produces 158bhp and 253Nm. The diesel engine, on the other hand, generates 114bhp and 250Nm. Gearbox options include Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT), a six-speed manual, a seven-speed Dual-Clutch Transmission (DCT), and a six-speed automatic.

Feature-wise, the Creta boasts a digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, front-row ventilated seats, a Bose 8-speaker premium sound system, and ambient lighting.

On the safety front, it comes equipped with hill assist control, vehicle stability management, six airbags, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and electronic stability control.
