Kia has equipped the Clavis EV with two battery pack options: a 42kWh unit and a larger 51.4kWh version. The smaller battery is rated to deliver up to 404 km on a full charge, while the bigger pack offers an extended range of 490 km, both figures certified by ARAI.

The 42kWh setup is paired with a 132bhp electric motor, whereas the 51.4kWh version is linked to a more potent 169bhp motor. Despite the power difference, both configurations produce identical peak torque of 255Nm. The Clavis EV also includes four regenerative braking settings, featuring smart Auto Mode and i-Pedal capability for one-pedal driving, controllable via paddle shifters.
