Kia has officially unveiled the EV4, a cutting-edge EV that will make its global debut in both hatchback and sedan variants at Kia EV Day on February 27. It was initially shown as a concept two years ago, and the production version closely mirrors the original design. Recently, Kia also teased the EV4 alongside two other upcoming electric models: the EV2 and PV5 concepts. Positioned as a dynamic addition to Kia’s expanding EV lineup, the EV4 showcases a bold design language, futuristic technology, and a sustainable approach to mobility. Drawing inspiration from the brand’s “Opposites United” philosophy, the EV4 features sleek aerodynamic lines, an aggressive stance, and a minimalist yet tech-laden interior. With its versatile configurations, the EV4 aims to appeal to a broad spectrum of buyers, strengthening Kia’s foothold in the evolving electric vehicle market ahead of its much-anticipated debut.

The Kia EV4 embodies the essence of the brand’s ‘Opposites United’ design philosophy, merging sharp, dynamic elements with refined craftsmanship to create a bold and distinctive aesthetic. The sedan variant features a sleek, low-slung front end that extends into a gracefully elongated rear, emphasising a streamlined and sophisticated silhouette. Meanwhile, the hatchback version presents a more versatile and contemporary look, offering a confident, well-proportioned stance. Both models showcase Kia’s signature Star Map lighting, a tiger face grille, and vertically oriented headlamps, reinforcing their sporty and futuristic appeal.

The EV4 sedan is equipped with 19-inch alloy wheels, a dual-section rear spoiler, and an extended tail design, enhancing its dynamic character. The hatchback, on the other hand, stands out with bold sculpted contours, contrasting black C-pillars, and flared fenders, giving it a more robust presence. For those drawn to a performance-inspired aesthetic, the EV4 GT-Line introduces exclusive 19-inch wheels featuring a geometric motif and aerodynamically optimised front and rear bumpers.
