Mahindra BE6 Batman Edition Limited Production Extended to 999 Units

Mahindra has responded to overwhelming interest in its BE 6 Batman Edition by increasing production from the initially planned 300 units to 999. Priced at Rs 27.79 lakh (ex-showroom), this Batman Edition electric SUV aims to blend performance with superhero-inspired styling. Deliveries are scheduled to commence from 20 September. The exterior carries a striking presence. It is finished in a custom satin black shade and is detailed with Batman-themed decals on the doors, a ‘Dark Knight’ badge on the tailgate, and Bat-symbols integrated into the bumpers, fenders, and rear lamps.

Standard models ride on striking 19-inch alloy wheels, while buyers can also opt for 20-inch wheels, both options featuring Batman-logo hub caps. Adding to its striking look, Mahindra has finished the brakes and springs in a bold alchemy gold shade.

Inside the cabin, the superhero storytelling continues in detail. The Infinity Roof displays a Dark Knight trilogy emblem, while Night Trail flooring and a Batman logo projection bring a cinematic touch. Every unit carries a unique numbered plaque on the dashboard, ensuring each example remains exclusive.

Premium materials heighten the sense of drama inside. Suede and leather upholstery in charcoal tones are paired with golden stitching accents, while the dashboard features pinstripe graphics, trilogy-inspired insignia and a distinctive gold halo framing the driver’s cockpit. Even the smallest touches carry the Gotham theme, with the Batman insignia appearing on the key fob, steering wheel, gear controller and electronic parking brake lever.

Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition: Powertran

Beneath its thematic design, the electric SUV delivers serious performance credentials. Powered by a 79kWh battery pack, it offers a claimed 682km range on a single charge as per ARAI testing.

A rear-mounted motor produces 282bhp and 380Nm of torque, making the EV suitable for both city commutes and longer journeys.
