To celebrate the 2.9 million-strong customer base of its diesel-powered cars, Maruti Suzuki has announced a 5-Year, 1-Lakh Km warranty scheme applicable on the diesel derivatives of the Dzire, S-Cross, Swift & the Vitara Brezza. The scheme will be applicable to new customers but will be offered to them at no extra cost. As an added advantage, the new warranty scheme will provide comprehensive coverage, which includes parts like the steering assembly, suspension struts, Engine Control Module (ECM), turbocharger assembly, high-pressure pumps & numerous other critical engine & transmission parts.

Sharing his thoughts on the new initiative, Mr Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director (Marketing & Sales) at Maruti Suzuki India Limited said, 'The Dzire, S-Cross, Swift & Vitara Brezza are our flagship products, which played a pivotal role in transforming not just Maruti Suzuki but the Indian automotive industry itself. These marquee brands are loved for their performance by millions of customers and critics alike. These pioneering brands will continue to play a prominent role in our future product portfolio.'
