Mercedes-Benz will showcase a range of products at the upcoming edition of the Bharat Mobility Expo. However, the three key models expected to garner significant attention are the Concept CLA, G 580, and EQS Maybach 680 Night Series. The Concept CLA previews the brand’s future electric sedan, focusing on innovation and sustainability. The G 580 combines off-road capability with luxury, appealing to adventure-focused buyers. The EQS Maybach 680 Night Series offers top-tier electric luxury with advanced features and exclusive styling. These models underline Mercedes-Benz’s commitment to blending technology, performance, and premium design, making them highlights of this major automotive event.

The Concept CLA is built on the brand's Modular Architecture (MMA) platform. The EV variant is expected to feature battery pack configurations of up to 85kWh, with a primary motor on the rear axle offering an impressive claimed range of over 750 km per charge. On the other hand, the combustion-engine CLA will debut a new generation of 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engines, available in three output levels: 134bhp, 161bhp, as well as 188bhp.
The electrified Mercedes-Benz G 580 was revealed in the country this year and is set to arrive on the market next year. While it maintains the classic boxy design and familiar styling of the G-Class, the internal combustion engine has been replaced with an electric powertrain, powered by a 116kWh battery.

The luxury carmaker claims the electric G-Wagon will offer a range of up to 473 km on a single charge.

Additionally, the pavilion will showcase other exciting models, including the LWB E-Class 450 4MATIC, AMG SL 55 4MATIC+, and AMG S 63 E Performance. The legendary SL 55 4MATIC+ roadster is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 engine that generates 469bhp and 700Nm of torque, enabling it to sprint from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.8 seconds. Equipped with 4MATIC all-wheel drive for optimal grip, it carries an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 1.15 crore.

The new E-Class LWB debuted in India with ex-showroom prices starting at Rs 78.50 lakh and going up to Rs 92.50 lakh. This luxury sedan offers a host of amenities, including a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging pads for front and rear occupants, and an advanced triple-screen configuration. The Mercedes model has two variants: the petrol-powered E 200 and the diesel-driven E 220d. The E 200 features a 1,999cc, four-cylinder turbocharged M254 petrol engine, delivering 201bhp and 320Nm of torque. On the other hand, the E 220d is equipped with a 1,950cc, four-cylinder OM654M turbo-diesel engine, generating 194bhp and 440Nm of torque. Both variants include a 48V mild hybrid system with an integrated starter generator, offering an additional boost of 23bhp and 205Nm for up to 30 seconds. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a nine-speed automatic gearbox.

Lastly, we are going to have the S 63 E Performance at the pavillion. The model boasts a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 unit coupled with a plug-in hybrid system, delivering an impressive 791bhp and 1,430Nm of torque. Priced at Rs 3.3 crore (ex-showroom), the car accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 3.3 seconds, with a top speed limited to 250km/h.
