The car also features new machined alloy wheels. New Honda Amaze: Interior and Features

The upcoming Amaze will likely have an interior design inspired by the City and Elevate. It is expected to include a patterned dashboard trim reminiscent of the global-spec Accord, a 3-spoke steering wheel, and a free-standing touchscreen (8-inch unit). The car could also get an advanced driver assistance system (segment-first).

Other possible features include automatic climate control, a wireless phone charger, a single-pane sunroof, a rearview camera, ABS with EBD, a hill hold assist, and six airbags.

New Honda Amaze: Under the Hood

The all-new Honda Amaze is set to be powered by the same 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 89bhp and 110Nm. This engine will be available with a choice of a 5-speed manual gearbox or a CVT transmission. In response to the growing demand for more eco-friendly options, there is a possibility that a CNG variant will be introduced later.  Unlike previous models, the new Amaze will not be available with a diesel unit.

New Honda Amaze: Expected Price

With enhanced design elements and updated interiors, the new Honda Amaze is expected to witness a modest hike in its pricing compared to the current model, which is priced between Rs 7.20 lakh and Rs 9.96 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Upon its launch, the sub-4m sedan will renew its rivalry with the Hyundai Aura, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, and the Tata Tigor.
