Kia India has revealed prices for the New Kia Seltos, starting at Rs 10.99 lakh and going up to Rs 19.99 lakh for the GT Line variant, both ex-showroom. Kia will offer the new Seltos in four familiar core variants—HTE, HTK, HTX and GTX—making it easy for existing buyers to understand the line-up. For those who like extra road presence, the X-Line package will be available only with the GTX trim. The Seltos now shifts to Kia’s global K3 platform, while engine options remain unchanged.

The Kia Seltos continues with a familiar engine line-up, which should please existing fans. Buyers get a choice of two petrol engines and one diesel. The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol makes around 113bhp with 144Nm of torque, making it a good fit for city use.

The 1.5-litre turbo-petrol is the performance pick, producing about 158bhp and 253Nm, ideal for highway drives. The 1.5-litre diesel puts out roughly 114bhp and 250Nm of torque. Transmission options include MT, iVT, DCT and AT, so there’s something for both relaxed and enthusiastic drivers.
The new Seltos carries a sharper design. Up front, it gets Kia’s updated digital take on the tiger-nose grille, finished in gloss black with dark metallic accents. The lighting has also been revised, with vertical LED elements and squared-off headlamps pushed to the edges of the grille.

From the side, new 18-inch alloy wheels, flush door handles and updated cladding add freshness. At the rear, redesigned LED tail-lamps are linked by a full-width light bar. Wheel sizes vary by variant, starting from 16-inch steel wheels and going up to 17- and 18-inch alloys.
The cabin sticks to a familiar layout but adds more tech. The dashboard features a 12.3-inch touchscreen, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 5.0-inch HVAC display, all combined into a large 30-inch Trinity Panoramic Display Panel.

Kia has added features like ventilated front seats with memory and relaxation modes, rear reclining seats, a head-up display and a dual-tone steering wheel. Other highlights include drive and traction modes, a Bose 8-speaker audio system, 64-colour ambient lighting and wireless phone charging.
Connectivity remains a strong focus. The new Seltos supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Smart Key Proximity Unlock and Kia Connect 2.0 with connected features and Over-the-Air updates.

In terms of variants, the Tech Line includes HTE, HTE (O), HTK, HTK (O), HTX and HTX (A). The GT Line sits above with GTX and GTX (A), while the X-Line stays as a styling-focused option with a blacked-out theme, offered only with GT Line trims.
