Porsche to open a new dealership in the city of Kolkata

Saturday the 30^th will witness Porsche India inaugurating a new state-of-the-art showroom in the City of Joy – Kolkata.

The elite of Kolkata have a new reason to rejoice. Porsche – the Stuttgart based carmaker has decided to open its new dealership in the city located at the automotive hub of the city – Topsia Road. The showroom has been designed in sync with Porsche’s global architectural standards and will provide unparalleled experience to its customers. The new dealership will be inaugurated on May 30, 2015 which is this Saturday.

Commenting on the new dealership, Anil Reddi, Director of Porsche India, said, “Porsche Centre Kolkata is the new, contemporary destination for Porsche customers and enthusiasts in this part of the country. With this showroom, we can offer them an exceptional and memorable ownership experience right from their first contact with the brand. This stunning retail landmark also demonstrates Porsche’s continuous commitment to the Indian market.”

The new dealership has been made over a period of two years and is spread over an area of 5,925 sq. feet. The display area is big enough to house seven Porsche cars to be displayed at one time. Customers will also be able to customise their Porsches through a dedicated fitting lounge. Another section in the shop will display and retail the Porsche merchandise and a special area has been dedicated as the ‘car delivery area.’

With this dealership it will be easy for Porsche to cater to the East Indian market which is a part of its expansion strategy this year.
