Skoda Kodiaq & Superb (DSG) Corporate Editions launched
The Skoda Superb Corporate Edition now gets petrol & diesel automatic (DSG) options, which are priced at ₹ 25.99 lakh & ₹ 28.49 lakh, respectively. Alongside the Superb, Skoda Auto India has also introduced a Corporate Edition of its lone SUV offering, the Kodiaq, which is priced at ₹ 32.99 lakh.

The Superb Corporate Edition is now available with petrol & diesel automatic options, while the Kodiaq makes its debut in Skoda's Corporate Edition portfolio.
In January, Skoda Auto India had launched the 2019 Superb Corporate Edition at ₹ 23.99 lakh. However, at that time, the Corporate Edition was launched only with a petrol-manual powertrain option. Now though, Skoda has introduced petrol & diesel automatic (DSG) options as well, which are priced at ₹ 25.99 lakh & ₹ 28.49 lakh, respectively. Alongside the Superb, Skoda Auto India has also introduced a Corporate Edition of its lone SUV offering, the Kodiaq, which is priced at ₹ 32.99 lakh (all figures indicate introductory ex-showroom prices). The Kodiaq Corporate Edition will be sold in four colour options: Quartz Grey, Moon White, Lava Blue & Magic Black, while the Superb Corporate Edition will continue with its Candy White & Magnetic Brown colour options.
The Superb's 1.8 TSI petrol motor generates 177bhp & 250Nm of torque, while the 2.0 TDI diesel unit delivers 174bhp & 350Nm of torque. In the Kodiaq Corporate Edition, the same diesel unit produces 148bhp & 340Nm of torque. While the Corporate Editions feature a skimmed equipment list, Skoda has made sure the safety quotient remains at par across all models. Therefore, the Superb & Kodiaq Corporate Editions remain loaded with safety features like 8 Airbags (9 in the Kodiaq), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Break-force Distribution (EBD), Hydraulic Brake Assistant (HBA), Anti Slip Regulation (ASR), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), among others.
It's also worth mentioning that Skoda Auto India is offering select variants of the Superb & Kodiaq at discounted prices. However, this scheme is only applicable until 30th September 2019. Under the scheme, the Superb Style 1.8 TSI (AT) is on sale at a reduced ex-showroom price of ₹ 25.99 lakh (original price ₹ 27.79 lakh). This brings the petrol Style (AT) variant to the same price as its (MT) derivative. Similarly, the Super Style 2.0 TDI (AT) is available at a reduced price of ₹ 28.49 lakh (original price ₹ 30.29 lakh). The same variant of the Kodiaq (Style 2.0 TDI AT) is on sale for ₹ 32.99 lakh (original price ₹ 35.36 lakh).
