Skoda Octavia Corporate Edition launched at ₹ 15.49 lakh
Skoda Auto India Private Limited (SAIPL) has launched the Corporate Edition of the Octavia at an introductory price of ₹ 15.49 lakh (Ex-showroom). Available only in two variants, a 1.4 TSI petrol MT and a 2.0 TDI diesel MT, the latter is priced at ₹ 16.99 lakh (Ex-showroom).

Following the launch of the 2019 Superb Corporate Edition, Skoda has given the same treatment to the Octavia as well; to be available with just two engine options and a single exterior colour choice.
Skoda Auto India Private Limited (SAIPL) has launched the Corporate Edition of the Octavia at an introductory price of ₹ 15.49 lakh (Ex-showroom). Available only in two variants, a 1.4 TSI petrol MT and a 2.0 TDI diesel MT, the latter is priced at ₹ 16.99 lakh (Ex-showroom). While it is open for purchase exclusively to existing Skoda customers, the Corporate Edition is aimed at providing customers with an unparalleled 'value for money' proposition. The standard Octavia range starts from ₹ 15.99 lakh (1.4 TSI Ambition).
In terms of mechanical specs, the Corporate Edition remains unchanged as the 1.4-litre petrol motor churns out 148bhp and 250Nm of torque, while the 2.0-litre diesel turbocharged motor produces 141bhp and 320Nm of torque. These figures remain unchanged over the standard Octavia models on sale. Due to the fact that it isn't available with an automatic gearbox, the Corporate Edition claims to deliver fuel-efficiency figures of 16.7 km/l (petrol) and 21km/l (diesel).
In terms of styling, the Octavia Corporate Edition gets distinctive Quadra headlamps with LED DRLs, 16-inch Velorum alloy wheels and a dashboard finished in Onyx Ivory leather. However, it is only available in a Candy White colour option. Standard safety features on board include four airbags, along with electronic driver aids like Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Break-force Distribution (EBD), Hydraulic Brake Assistant (HBA), Anti Slip Regulation (ASR), Motor Speed Regulation (MSR), Electronic Differential Lock (EDL), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and Multi-Collision Braking (MKB).
Essential convenience features like a 16.51cm touchscreen infotainment system (with MirrorLink, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity) and two-zone Climatronic air conditioning system, with clean air function and a humidity sensor, can also be found on the Octavia Corporate Edition. To ease the ownership experience, Skoda is also offering its recently-launched 'Shield Plus' package for the Octavia Corporate Edition, which offers six years of hassle-free ownership. The Shield Plus package incorporates the first year of comprehensive motor insurance and three subsequent years of third-party coverage, along with 24x7 Roadside Assistance (RSA) for the fifth and the sixth year and an additional Extended Warranty cover for the fifth and sixth year or up to 1,50,000 kilometres (whichever is earlier).
