Tata Punch Facelift Prices, Variants, and Booking Details Explained

Bookings for the Tata Punch Facelift are now open, and buyers have a choice of six variants to choose from: Smart, Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Accomplished, and Accomplished+.

Tata Punch Facelift (3)

-The Tata Punch Facelift gets a 5-star Bharat NCAP safety rating.
-It has 366 litres (petrol); 210 litres in the CNG version.
-The SUV is 3,827mm long, 1,742mm wide, 1,615mm tall, with a 2,445mm wheelbase and 193mm (an increase of 5mm) ground clearance.
-Rear seats now offer improved under-thigh support.

The Tata Punch facelift prices in India now start at Rs 5.59 lakh, with the feature-packed turbocharged engine variant fetching Rs 8.29 lakh for the Adventure trim. Bookings for the updated SUV are now open, and buyers have a choice of six variants to choose from: Smart, Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Accomplished, and Accomplished+. Additionally, the Punch now comes in four new colour options - Cyantific Blue, Caramel, Bengal Rouge (Red), and Coorg Clouds. Here’s a detailed look at the variant-wise prices for the SUV.

Do note that the Sunroof options are available on the Pure+, Adventure, and Accomplished + S trims, while the turbocharged engine variant is offered in the Adventure and Accomplished + S trims. All prices are ex-showroom Delhi.

Tata Punch Facelift: What's New?

The Punch SUV has become more modern and feature-rich while retaining its signature boxy stance. The familiar vertically stacked LED headlights are still there, but the front grille is now sleeker than before, and is complemented by redesigned DRLs. Both the front and rear bumpers have been revamped, with the rear one now featuring a stylish faux silver skid plate. The SUV rides on newly-designed 16-inch alloy wheels and comes in six colour options, of which four are new. At the rear, the SUV gains a full-width connected LED taillamp strip across the tailgate.

Features-wise, the Punch SUV is now equipped with a voice-enabled electric sunroof, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster,  and a wireless charging pad. For safety, the SUV has electronic stability control, a 360-degree camera, six airbags as standard, an auto-dimming IRVM, and blind-spot monitoring.

Mechanically, the Punch Facelift gets a new 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine option, sourced from the Nexon. The unit produces 118bhp and 170Nm and is mated to a single 6-speed manual gearbox, enabling a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 11.1 seconds. The 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol and CNG options remain the same. However, Tata now offers an automatic gearbox option for the CNG variant.
