Tata Tiago EV bookings to open from October 10
The bookings open at 12 noon for an amount of ₹21,000. They can either be made at any Tata dealership or online, at the model website. The deliveries for the same will begin by January, next year. Test drives of the EV hatchback will commence from December end onwards.

Bookings for the Tata Tiago EV will open at 12 noon for an amount of ₹21,000. It can either be made at any Tata dealership or online at the model website.
Tiago EV, the newest addition to Tata's EV family, was launched at an introductory price, starting at ₹8.49 Lakh (ex-showroom). Presently, the Tiago EV is India's most affordable passenger electric car. The company is now strengthening its EV network across 165 cities and entering 80 new ones with the arrival of the Tiago EV.
The 19.2kWh and 24kWh battery pack options of the Tiago EV are combined with an electric motor, offering 60bhp and 110Nm and 74bhp and 114Nm, respectively. The former can cover 250km, compared to the latter's 315km of range (MIDC figures). Additionally, the Tiago EV has two drive modes – City and Sport – and four levels of regenerative braking. According to the Indian carmaker, production preference will be given to the long-range 24kWh variants based on customer demands.
While the customer deliveries of the Tiago EV are slated to begin in January 2023, customer test drives will be available from late December 2022 onwards. The car will also be on display at leading shopping malls in major Indian cities, starting this month.
