Many carmakers have embraced the recent GST changes and the abolition of Cess by promptly adjusting prices of their models to align with the new tax structure. Toyota has also confirmed to pass the entire benefit of the reduction in tax to prospective buyers. It has announced price reductions of up to Rs 3.49 lakh, depending on the model. The revised prices will come into effect on September 22, 2025, in line with the implementation of the new GST rates.

It is recommended to confirm the applicable prices of the preferred Toyota cars at the nearest authorised dealership. In addition, it is advised to make early bookings to avoid delays during the festive period.
Toyota India recorded an 11% year-on-year growth with a total of 34,236 units sold in August 2025.

Domestic sales contributed significantly with 29,302 units, while exports accounted for 4,934 units.
