New festive colour options launched for the TVS Star City+ and Sport models.

The festive season is nearly here – which means auto manufacturers have started rolling out ‘special edition’ variants of their current models. Now to mark the approaching festivities, TVS has launched new colour variants for the Star City+ and Sport models. That means there are two new colour variants – Spotlight White (Star City+) & Black Silver (Sport) that have been launched.

On the mechanical front, both the models remain unchanged from earlier. This means the Star City+ will come with the same 109.7cc single-cylinder engine developing 8.3bhp and 8.4Nm, mated to a 4-speed gearbox. TVS claims the bike can return a mileage 86km/l. The Star City + range starts at Rs 44,300 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and comes in two variants – kick-start and alloy.

The TVS Sport comes with 99.7cc single-cylinder engine developing 7.7bhp and 7.8Nm of torque. It comes paired to a 4 speed gearbox and returns a claimed 95km/l!  The Sport range starts at Rs. 36,880 (Ex-Showroom Delhi).

“We’re happy to launch the new colour variants of TVS Star City Plus and Sport in new attractive colours. These colours reflect the flavours of the festive season and enhance the look of these motorcycles. We believe the motorcycle is an extension of the rider’s personality and by adding more colour variants to the palate we will provide more options to the buyers to express and establish his personality. With the new colour variants, we intend to add more style to the overall experience of the rider in this festive season.” said Arun Siddharth, Vice President, Marketing (Motorcycles), TVS Motor Company.
