VinFast is reported to expand its portfolio in India, which currently includes the VF 6 and VF 7 SUVs. The upcoming model is expected to be the VinFast Limo Green, and the model has already been seen testing on roads, suggesting that the Vietnamese brand might launch it sometime soon. The MPV segment in India is witnessing steady growth, with established players like Maruti Suzuki and Kia already offering some of the great options. With the Limo Green, VinFast will tap into this rising demand in the MPV domain. The model is expected to rival existing electric MPVs such as the BYD eMax 7 and the Kia Carens Clavis EV.
VinFast has not made any official confirmation, but the India-bound Limo Green is likely to retain its silhouette with a few minor structural and localisation changes to suit the requirements of Indian buyers. Based on the previous spy images, the e-MPV has a low-set front end, sloping bonnet, and wraparound LED DRLs. It also gets aero wheels, black cladding, conventional door handles, disc brakes, and upright rear pillars.

The cabin of the Limo Green is likely to come fitted with a 10.1-inch touchscreen, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, powered front seats, auto climate control, and a 360-degree camera.
For safety, the MPV could get six or seven airbags instead of the four offered in the international market. That said, high-end ADAS features may be omitted.
Globally, the VinFast Limo Green comes equipped with a 60.13kWh battery that powers a front-mounted motor to produce 198bhp and 280Nm. The electric MPV claims a driving range of 450 kilometres (NEDC) and supports both 11kW AC and 80kW DC fast charging.
Although it is to early to comment price, the electric MPV from VinFast is expected to start at around Rs 18 lakh (ex-showroom).
