Volvo India has finally announced the prices for its third electric SUV, the EX30. The smallest and entry-level Volvo SUV carries a special festive price of Rs 39.99 lakh for customers who book before October 19, 2025. After this period, the EX30 will be available at an introductory ex-showroom price of Rs 41 lakh, with deliveries starting in early November 2025. Notably, the EX30 is the third electric vehicle from Volvo to be locally assembled at its Hosakote plant near Bengaluru. It comes with a comprehensive ownership package that includes an 8-year battery warranty, a free 11 kW wall box charger, and cutting-edge digital key technology via NFC and the Volvo Car App. Additionally, buyers benefit from 3 years of warranty, free servicing, roadside assistance, and 5 years of Volvo’s connected services. Let's take a closer look at other details of the Volvo EX30.

The EX30 looks contemporary, and has five vibrant colour options. Its front-end features Volvo’s signature ‘Thor’s Hammer’ LED daytime running lights and LED headlamps and a clean, closed-off grille. There is a Volvo badge in the centre, flanked by a clean, horizontal bar that adds to sophistication. Below, the sculpted bumper incorporates carefully placed air intakes.

The EX30's profile features a tapered shape that gives it a sporty appearance. While black cladding trims the lower edge, it does not cover the wheel arches, maintaining a clean aesthetic. The look is further enhanced by 19-inch aerodynamic alloy wheels.
The rear design makes the SUV instantly recognisable as a Volvo, thanks to its smooth, curved form. Key highlights include a black roof-mounted spoiler with an integrated brake light, split LED taillamps with a vertical element on the C-pillar, and a lower L-shaped light section.

The Volvo EX30’s interior boasts a minimalistic design and a light grey and black dual-tone colour scheme. The dashboard features a clean, uncluttered layout that puts all controls within easy reach.
In terms of features, Volvo has equipped the EX30 with a fixed panoramic sunroof, electronic 2-zone climate control with an advanced air quality system and particle sensor, and power-adjustable driver and passenger seats with lumbar support. Practicality is uplifted with folding rear seats (40/60 split), a 7-litre front storage, and a spacious 318-litre boot.
Other highlights include a Harman Kardon sound system delivering 1040W through nine speakers, the 12.3-inch touchscreen with Google built in, Apple CarPlay, one pedal drive option, and ample storage, including large door pockets and rear phone compartments.

The Volvo EX30 packs a 69kWh lithium-ion battery mated to a rear-axle-mounted motor. This setup delivers 268bhp and 343Nm, and 0-100km/h acceleration in just 5.3 seconds. The top speed stands at 180km/h. The SUV has a WLTP-claimed range of 480 kilometres.
