Not having updated their product portfolio for a while, Nissan hasn’t quite had sales numbers that they would be proud of. Sure, the Micra and Terrano were decent cars to buy - at least with respect to the mechanicals and space, but there’s no denying their age has started to show. In a bid to bounce back, Nissan has a new strategy for the next few years and needless to say SUVs are a huge part of the plan. Taking the lead will be the new Kicks, all set for the India launch in January 2019. With the Kicks, Nissan is targeting a segment higher than the Terrano and will take the battle to the mighty Hyundai Creta.
