The MG Astor has trained its eyes on one of the toughest segments in the Indian automotive market – the compact SUV space. With rivals like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun and Skoda Kushaq, it will have to bring something unique to the table to stand out.
So how exactly is the MG Astor to live with? That’s exactly what we find out in this video. We spent a couple of days with the Astor to find out if its 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine and 6-speed torque converter can take on the real world. We were also impressed by the ride quality of the Astor as it ironed out all the bumps and potholes, although, it’s not as fun from behind the wheel as some of its rivals.
