Maruti Suzuki Invicto Long Term Review, January 2025 Report

If there’s one thing about the Invicto that really impresses you, and the thing that also makes you a bit complacent, is that you naturally expect it to work flawlessly all the time. And honestly speaking, I really can’t complain, it’s been a few months since I’ve been driving the Invicto every day, and it has functioned flawlessly each day. I know a lot of people regard the Innova Crysta as a car that has the best suspension setup for long-distance travel, but I beg to differ about the same. In fact, with its monocoque chassis, I think the Invicto is a far more comfortable car, though I do think the suspension is still on the stiffer side of things.

But having used it for everyday commutes and multiple long-distance journeys, I think the suspension setup is miles better than many other large cars sold in our market. The three rows of seating is a great practical touch, as is the fuel efficiency of the drivetrain. If it was not for the rubber band effect of the CVT gearbox, this would be one of the ideal all-rounder cars available today in the Indian market.
