The Nissan Formula E Team heads for the final rounds of the 2024/25 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship at the Excel London Circuit. With strong results so far, the team sits second in both the manufacturers' and teams' standings. Nissan will debut a special teal blue livery to celebrate the launch of the third-generation Nissan LEAF. With nearly 700,000 units sold since its debut in 2010, the LEAF has played a key role in Nissan’s electric journey. The livery not only marks this milestone but also connects the excitement of Formula E with Nissan’s electric vehicles on the road.

Team Principal and Managing Director Tomasso Volpe said: 'We’re pleased to arrive in London having already won the drivers’ title and in strong contention for the other two championships, which was one of our targets for this season. We’re also happy to welcome Norman back after he missed the last round.
'We have great memories at this track, having won the last race here with Oliver. Both he and Norman have done well at this circuit in the past, and, with Oli already World Champion, we can be aggressive and put our full focus on securing maximum points for the team. The gaps won’t be easy to overturn, but I have full confidence in our engineers and drivers, and we’re ready to give it our all to come out on top.

At just 2.09 kilometres, the Excel London Circuit winds through the Royal Victoria Docks and includes some tight turns. Overtaking is tough, with only a few clear opportunities at Turn 1 and the Turn 10-11 chicane. That makes qualifying even more important, as a good grid spot could make all the difference across the weekend’s double-header.
