The Flash is an entry-level electric scooter in Hero Electric’s product portfolio in the Indian market. The Flash has an electric motor that permits a top speed of 25km/h and a range of about 65km. Design-wise, the front is dominated by a wide headlamp on the front apron and the indicators are built into the handlebar. The alloy wheels, on the other hand, enhance the otherwise conservative appeal of this scooter.

Exterior Details

The Flash is a plain-looking scooter by all means. On to the dimensions front, the Flash is a light scooter with a kerb weight of 87kg and a high ground clearance of 165mm.

Engine & Transmission

The Hero Electric Flash features a 250watt electric motor powered by a 48-volt 20Ah battery. Moreover, it comes mated to an automatic transmission. As for its range, the Hero Electric Flash mileage, on a single charge, is rated at 50km for the Lead Acid variant and 65km for the Lithium-ion variant.

Handling

As for its mechanical hardware, the Flash features 16x3-inch tyres on both the front as well as the rear. Both the tyres are, of course, 16-inches in diameter. The braking duties are handled by drum brakes on both the corners.

Features

The Hero Electric Flash new model comes with a digital instrument cluster that shows digital speed and fuel data. The headlamp and taillamp on the Flash are both powered by conventional halogen bulbs.
