The Optima is yet another electric scooter from Hero Electric for India. The scooter comes with a stylish aerodynamic body with the headlamp attached to the handlebar, the indicators on the front apron, a large & comfortable seat, and alloy wheels as standard. The scooter comes with a power output of 250watts, and its top speed is limited to 40km/h.

Exterior Details

The Optima is designed to look like an electric scooter. The scooter has a kerb weight of 86kg, while the ground clearance is 140mm.

Engine & Transmission

The Hero Electric Optima features a 250watt battery that provides an output of around 0.33bhp and comes mated to an automatic transmission. As for its range, the Hero Electric Optima mileage is 60km on a single charge.

Handling

The Optima comes equipped with 16*3 sized tyres both for the front and the back. The scooter is based on a reinforced high strength steel chassis, and its suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks suspension on both ends.

Features

The Hero Electric Optima new model is equipped with a conventional halogen headlamp and it also misses out on an LED taillamp. The instrument cluster is a classic analogue unit for the speedometer, fuel gauge, and odometer.
