The KTM 350 EXC-F is an enduro motorcycle with exceptional agility and power, launched on 14 November 2024. It does not have any direct rivals with similar configurations in India. However, it might be an alternative to the Kawasaki KLX 300R and the Kawasaki KX450 in the dirt bike segment. The 350 EXC-F is powered by a 349.7cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke engine. It features DOHC (Double Overhead Camshafts) for optimal performance and efficiency. It produces 44.3 bhp of peak power at 9500 rpm, making it a versatile choice for off-road and enduro riding. The torque delivery goes up to 36 Nm at 7000 rpm, offering excellent low-end and mid-range performance. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual transmission system to transfer the power to the wheels.
Though the official figures are unknown, the top speed is said to be 120 km/h, variable on gearing and terrain.
This trail bike features a lightweight central double-cradle-type steel frame and an aluminium-reinforced Polyamide sub-frame. This setup offers excellent rigidity and durability for off-road use. It has 48mm WP XACT front forks with closed cartridges and a WP XPLOR PDS rear shock absorber. Both the suspensions are adjustable for preload, rebound, and compression.
