Yamaha claims the scooter retains the commuter-focused strengths of the Cygnus line, while adopting a platform already proven in other Yamaha models. The brand is positioning it for riders wanting a balance of performance, practicality and running efficiency in the mid-capacity scooter category.</p><p>The Cygnus XR155 borrows design cues from Yamaha’s maxi-scooter family. Its triple-lens LED headlamp, inspired by the XMAX, is a central highlight.
