<p>The 2023 edition&nbsp;of the Hyundai Venue and its&nbsp;N-Line variant featuring SmartSense (ADAS) and a new Powertrain have been rolled out&nbsp;by <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/">Hyundai</a> Motor India Limited (HMIL) for our domestic market. It is important to note that with its SX (O) variant, which costs Rs 12.44 lakh (ex-showroom), the compact SUV becomes the first in the segment to be fitted with ADAS technology. This move&nbsp;has also made the Venue the most reasonably priced SUV with ADAS in the country. The manufacturer claims that with this, potential owners&nbsp;can enjoy improved driving, safety, and convenience with the new models fitted with an ADAS.&nbsp;The starting price for the Hyundai Venue S(O) MT with ADAS is Rs 10.32 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the base price for the Venue N-Line N6 MT stands at Rs 12 lakh (ex-showroom).&nbsp;All engine types, including gasoline, diesel, and turbo gasoline, are compatible with the ADAS.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Starting with the mechanical specs of the newly launched models, a new powertrain featuring a 1.0-litre T-GDi Petrol unit and 6-speed manual transmission is now available for the Hyundai Venue as well as the&nbsp;N-Line model. The new powerplant is available on the Venue S(O) and SX(O) in addition to the Venue N-Line N6 and N8 models. The engine is capable of churning out&nbsp;172Nm of peak torque at&nbsp;1500 to&nbsp;4000rpm and 118bhp of maximum power&nbsp;at 6000rpm.&nbsp;A 1.5-litre diesel engine and a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine are further powertrain choices. Three different manual transmissions—a five-speed unit, a six-speed unit, and a seven-speed DCT unit—are available.</p>

<p>In terms of mechanicals, <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/" target="_blank">Hyundai</a> is offering the same 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that’s good for 118bhp and 172Nm. Your only transmission option now is a DCT (dual-clutch transmission). While the numbers stay the same as before, the Venue N Line is expected to feature a re-tuned steering wheel and suspension. Even the engine mapping has likely been tinkered with. To know it for sure, we will have to wait until we drive the car.</p>

<p>On the tech front, the N8 variant of the <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/venue-n-line/" target="_blank">Venue N Line</a> is based on the top-spec variant of the regular Venue, and therefore, it gets all the bells and whistles. You now get a dash cam with multiple recording modes. Apart from the safety aspect of it, you can also record time lapses. And the dash cam also has a cabin view.</p>

<p>There are a total of five colour options (monotone and dual-tone) on offer with the Venue N Line, apart from the N Line-specific cosmetic upgrades, such as the red accents and N Line badging all over the exterior and interior of the SUV.</p>

Hyundai Venue N Line launched in India, price starts at Rs 12.16 lakh

Hyundai India has launched the Venue N Line in India, which is its second N Line model after the i20 N Line. With the Venue N Line, Hyundai is only offering a DCT unlike the i20 N Line.

<p><em><strong>Most of the changes in the Venue N Line will be similar to the ones seen on the i20 N Line. Here's a look at what you can&nbsp;expect from it.</strong></em></p>

<p>The <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/venue-n-line/">Hyundai Venue N Line</a> is set to launch tomorrow, and although a lot of the information about it, such as the colour options and some of the features, are already listed on the brand's website, here's some more information on what to expect from the sportier iteration of the compact SUV.</p>

<p>It's reported that the Venue N Line will arrive in two variants – N6 &amp; N8 – which will sit on top of the Venue variant line-up. Visual changes are expected in the form of a new chunkier-looking grille, N Line-spec alloy wheels (most probably of the same size as those of the standard model), dual-tip exhausts, and plenty of red accents on the body, including the roof rails and brake callipers. 'N Line' badges peppered on the body will further help distinguish it. As for the N Line treatment in the cabin, a new all-black interior theme is expected to debut with the model, with red accents and stitching to add a sporty flair.</p>

<p>Engine-wise, the Venue N Line will get the same&nbsp;Kappa 1.0-litre Turbo GDi petrol unit that powers the Turbo variants of the standard Venue. At 118bhp and 172Nm, the power and torque figures will also remain unchanged. However, unlike the <a href="https://www.autox.com/track-test/hyundai-i20-n-line-track-test-110310/">i20 N Line</a>, which offers the option&nbsp;of an iMT manual gearbox alongside the seven-speed DCT automatic, the Venue N Line is expected only to get the latter. Plus, the Venue N Line will come with&nbsp;disc brakes on all four wheels.</p>

<p>In terms of pricing, the top-spec i20 N Line is about&nbsp;₹50,000 more expensive than the standard top-spec i20. So, for the Venue N Line, we expect this price gap&nbsp;to be roughly in the 50k – 75k range.</p>

Hyundai Venue N Line launch tomorrow: Worth the wait?

The Hyundai Venue N Line is set to launch tomorrow. Though a lot of the information on it is already listed on the brand's website, here's what you can expect from the sportier iteration of the compact SUV.

<p><a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/venue-n-line/" target="_blank">Hyundai India</a> is now accepting bookings for its upcoming compact SUV, the Venue N Line. For the uninitiated, the <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/venue-n-line/" target="_blank">Venue N Line</a> will be the sportier version of the facelifted Venue, just like the i20 N Line is for the i20. That means, apart from sportier graphics, the Venue N Line will also get a retuned steering, suspension and engine.</p>

<p>Bookings for the Venue N Line can be made for a fully refundable token sum of Rs 21,000. You can make one online on the company’s website or by visiting any one of the Signature outlets all over the country.</p>

<p>To separate the Venue N Line from the regular model, it will get a good number of visual markers. The front grille will be finished in dark chrome and there will be a tailgate spoiler as well. You will find N Line emblems on the grille, fenders and tailgate, 16-inch alloy wheels with N Line branding in the wheel wells, red highlights on the bumpers, fenders, side sills and roof rails, red brake callipers and blacked-out interiors with red accents.</p>

<p>The Hyundai Venue N Line will also feature an integrated dash camera with dual cameras. The powertrain in question will remain the 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, turbocharged petrol motor paired to the DCT (dual-clutch transmission).</p>

Hyundai Venue N Line bookings are now open

Korean carmaker Hyundai is now accepting bookings for its upcoming SUV, the Venue N Line. The Venue N Line will be based on the regular Venue compact SUV, but it will be a sportier iteration of the latter with a retuned suspension, engine and steering as well.

<p><b><i>The Hyundai Venue N Line will be launched using the Metaverse platform.</i></b></p>

<p>Korean carmaker <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/venue-n-line/" target="_blank">Hyundai</a> will launch the <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/venue-n-line/" target="_blank">Venue N Line</a>, its second N Line model for India, on 6<sup>th</sup> September 2022. The launch will be an online affair, with Hyundai choosing to&nbsp;use&nbsp;the Metaverse platform.</p>

<p>As far as updates go, we expect the Venue N Line to toe the same line as the <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/i20-n-line/" target="_blank">i20 N Line</a>, which was the first N Line variant to be launched in India. Just to clear things up, the N Line is not the same N, which is a full-blown performance brand of Hyundai.</p>

<p>The Hyundai i20 N Line was a tweaked version of the <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/i20/">existing i20</a>. Its suspension, steering and powertrain – all got re-tuned. We expect the Hyundai Venue to receive the same treatment. The manual version is expected to remain an iMT, although Hyundai could listen to popular demand and offer an all-out manual transmission version. The DCT will be the mainstay though, mated to that 1.0-litre turbo-petrol motor.</p>

<p>The signature purple shade for the N Line that we saw with the i20 will be carried over to the Venue. It will be interesting to see if Hyundai introduces an all-new colour option for the Venue N Line.</p>

<p>As far as prices go, we expect it to retail at least Rs 50,000 over the existing Venue models. For your reference, the Hyundai Venue retails between Rs 7.53 lakh to Rs 12.72 lakh (both Ex-showroom). While the Venue will continue to rival the existing sub-4 metre SUVs, its spiritual rival will be the Sport variant of the <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/mahindra/xuv300/" target="_blank">XUV300</a> that too is expected to be launched soon.</p>

Hyundai Venue N Line launching on 6th September

Hyundai will be introducing its second N Line model in India on 6th September, 2022 – the Venue N Line. The first N Line model was the i20, and with the second model, we expect similar visual and mechanical upgrades for the compact SUV.

<p><strong>It seems like Hyundai has serious plans to cater to the enthusiasts on a tight budget, for the brand is planning to expand its N-Line portfolio, with the introduction of a sportier Venue N-Line in the near future.</strong></p>

<p><a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/">Hyundai</a> India established the ‘N-Line’ vertical, with the launch of the i20 N-Line last year. While we would love to see the introduction of the full-blown ‘N’ Hyundai cars, the Korean carmaker is taking it slow and focusing more on expanding the N-Line portfolio first.</p>

<p>Confirming this plan are reports online, which suggest that Hyundai is working on a more athletic version of the Venue. We have already reported that Hyundai Venue is due for an update, and the facelifted version is likely to be revealed by mid-2022. With the updated crossover-SUV, the Korean giant will also unveil the sporty Hyundai Venue N-line. The test mule of the same has been spied on overseas, and it goes without saying that Hyundai India will launch the model in India, given that the Hyundai i20 N-Line has been well received in our market.</p>

<p>Just like the Hyundai i20 N-Line, the Venue N-Line will feature uprated mechanicals, such as stiffer suspension, a disc brake assembly&nbsp;(both at the front and the rear), and a reprogrammed gearbox (DCT-only).</p>

<p>The cosmetic changes will include red highlights on the bumper lips and body cladding, and the alloy wheel design will be all-new. The sportier Venue will also get a dual-tip exhaust.</p>

<p>While there is no confirmation from the brand, it's safe to believe that the Venue N-Line will debut in India by the end of 2022 – expect it to be launched around the festive season – around the same time when the facelift model will break cover.</p>

<p>The Hyundai Venue N-Line will be priced marginally higher than the standard model, so expect to sign a cheque close to the Rs 13 lakh (ex-showroom) mark.</p>

<p>Following the Hyundai Venue N-Line, the Korean brand could work the same magic on its popular sedan and introduce the Verna N-Line in the distant future.</p>

<p>Given that Volkswagen will soon introduce the Virtusand the trend observed with the Taigun, there are good odds that VW&nbsp;will launch a sportier version of the Virtus with a GT badge, similar to the Taigun GT. And Hyundai might challenge it with the Verna N-Line.</p>
