Earlier this year, the Compass Trailhawk made its debut. In the near future, Jeep may launch the recently unveiled Avenger midsize SUV in India to compete with vehicles like the <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/hyundai/creta/">Hyundai Creta</a> and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/kia/seltos/">Kia Seltos</a>. <p>The&nbsp;Grand Cherokee, the new luxury flagship in Jeep India's lineup, has a crisp design, with a modernised Jeep-like grille and svelte LED headlights and taillights. The <a href="https://www.autox.com/suv-cars-in-india/">SUV's</a> interior features an all-black colour scheme with silver accents on the centre console and dashboard.</p>

The SUV will have Jeep's SelecTerrain traction system installed, and power will be distributed to all four wheels.</p>

<p>Jeep, the American SUV manufacturer, has announced that the brand-new <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/jeep/grand-cherokee-2022/">Grand Cherokee </a>will be launched in India on November 11.&nbsp;The company's fourth model in the country, following the Compass, Wrangler, and Meridian, will be the latest generation of the SUV.&nbsp;Additionally, the company's facility in Ranjangaon, Maharashtra,&nbsp;will serve as the primary production location for all right-hand-drive SUVs.</p>

<p>The Jeep Grand Cherokee in India will be equipped with a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. However, the engine's power output for the Indian market has not yet been disclosed by the manufacturer. Besides, the Quadra-Trac I 4x4 system with four drive modes—Auto, Sport, Snow, and Mud/Sand—will also be available.</p>

<p>Coming to the design, the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee will feature the signature seven-slot grille,&nbsp;two-piece LED tail lights,&nbsp;squared wheel arches,&nbsp;LED headlamps, LED DRLs,&nbsp;roof rails,&nbsp;dual exhaust tips integrated with the rear bumper, and&nbsp;shark-fin antenna.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In terms of interior, the new cabin has three touchscreen displays: a 10.25-inch driver display, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Uconnect 5, and a 10-inch colour heads-up display. Other features include a wireless charging pad, a panoramic sunroof, powered front seats with ventilation, a dual-tone interior theme, ambient lighting, and an inside rearview mirror with a digital display.</p>

<p>Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has officially announced that Jeep is all set to launch its <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/jeep/grand-cherokee-2022/">Grand Cherokee</a> SUV next month. To emphasise its commitment to the Indian market, the firm is introducing its popular "Go-Anywhere" SUV to Indian buyers.&nbsp;However, the exact date has not yet been confirmed. Jeep Grand Cherokee India deliveries are expected to begin in early December, with a price tag of around&nbsp;₹85 lakh (ex-showroom).</p>

<p>According to the manufacturer, the new Jeep Grand Cherokee is a purpose-built SUV and will be among the most upscale, high-tech, and competent cars available. Moreover, it&nbsp;will be a Made in India&nbsp;SUV, making India the only nation outside of North America to build four different Jeep models.&nbsp;The company has teased the car with a preview&nbsp;video on its official social media pages, with the caption&nbsp;"Coming Soon."</p>

<p>Globally, the Grand Cherokee is available with either a 3.6-litre V6 engine producing 289bhp and 353Nm or a 5.7-litre Hemi V8 engine producing 355bhp and 529Nm. The SUV comes in both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations and 5-seat (two-row) and 7-seat (three-row) seating. Jeep is expected to offer the Grand Cherokee in India with either a 2.0-litre turbo petrol or a 3.0-litre V6 engine, both with an 8-speed automatic transmission as standard.</p>

<p>The&nbsp;Grand Cherokee&nbsp;will be packed with&nbsp;several significant features and safety technology, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) functions.&nbsp;The Grand Cherokee will join the likes of <a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/jeep/wrangler/">Wrangler</a>, Compass, and<a href="https://www.autox.com/new-cars/jeep/meridian/"> Meridian </a>once it arrives in India as the company's fourth offering.</p>
