<p>The 2023 GLC Coupe from Mercedes-Benz, which is exclusively intended for Western European markets, has just been unveiled. It comes with a host of improvements, including standard features and electrified powertrains. The most recent version also features an updated design language and a redesigned infotainment system. The 2023 GLC Coupe is scheduled to arrive in European markets in July 2023. A facelifted version of the vehicle may also be sold in India, although there is no set date for its arrival in India as of yet.&nbsp;Two turbocharged four-cylinder engines will power the vehicle's seven standard models, including three plug-in hybrids, each of which has an official all-electric range of more than 119km. <h2>2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe: Exterior Styling&nbsp;and Dimensions</h2>

<p>The exterior of the 2023 <a href="https://www.autox.com/reviews/car-reviews/mercedes-benz-amg-glc-43-coup-review-first-drive-108798/">GLC Coupe</a> has been updated, which now features a larger redesigned front grille and modified LED headlamps, giving it a new look while maintaining its distinctive coupe-like design language. The SUV's sloping roofline and lift-back tailgate add to its svelte and sporty appearance. The vehicle's rear features brand-new LED taillamps, which significantly add to its overall appearance.</p>

<p>The SUV is 4,763mm long&nbsp; – it is 31mm longer and 5mm higher than its forerunner. With a 6mm increase at the front (now 1,627mm) and a 23mm increase at the rear, the vehicle now has wider track widths (now 1,640mm).&nbsp; At 1,890mm, the width of the vehicle, however, hasn't changed.</p>

<h2>2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe: Platform</h2>

<p>Similar to the <a href="https://www.autox.com/news/car-news/all-new-mercedes-benz-glc-launched-at-rs-735-lakh-in-india-114207/">GLC</a> SUV and the C-Class, the new GLC Coupe rides on a four-link front and multi-link rear suspension.&nbsp;It does, however, have the option of Airmatic air suspension with variable damping control, which is standard on PHEVs, unlike the C-Class. There is also a new rear-wheel steering system, which can steer the rear wheels at an angle of up to 4.5 degrees.&nbsp;The optional Off-Road Package will once again be offered with <a href="https://www.autox.com/videos/2020-mercedes-benz-glc-coupe-video-107923/">the GLC Coupe</a>, which&nbsp;will include a mode specifically designed for off-road driving, a downhill speed regulation (DSR) feature, and a 360-degree camera that offers a feature known as a 'transparent bonnet', giving a simulated view of under the front of the car and the angle of the front wheels.</p>

<p>The interior of the new GLC Coupe is now identical to that of the new GLC SUV. A new head-up display, a glass roof that extends in all directions, and a Burmester 710W surround-sound system with 15 speakers are available options.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The GLC Coupe's boot capacity has increased by 45 litres to 545 litres in the petrol and diesel models and to 390 litres in the plug-in hybrids, thanks to a longer wheelbase and a longer rear overhang. With the back seats folded down, the boot capacity can increase to 1,490 and 1,335 litres, respectively.&nbsp;</p>

<h2>2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe: Powertrain</h2>

<p>The new GLC Coupe now offers electrified powertrain options, including mild hybrid models with a 48-volt onboard electrical system and a second-generation integrated starter-generator (ISG). The 48-volt onboard electrical system offers functionalities like coasting, boosting, energy recovery, and effectively increasing the vehicle's overall efficiency. The integrated starter generator supports the combustion engine during low engine speeds in mild-hybrid models.</p>

<p>The 2023 <a href="https://www.autox.com/reviews/car-reviews/2020-mercedes-benz-glc-coupe-review-first-drive-107469/">GLC Coupe</a> features mild hybrid technology and offers two gasoline and two diesel engine choices. The GLC 300 4MATIC has 258bhp of maximum power and 400Nm of peak torque, while the GLC 200 4MATIC produces a maximum output of 204bhp and 320Nm. Lastly, both the GLC 220 d 4MATIC and the GLC 300 d 4MATIC produce 197bhp and 440Nm. Also, there are three different plug-in hybrid options available for the car.</p>

<p>There won't be any direct rivals for the new GLC Coupe when it goes on sale in India.
