MG Comet EV Engine and Other Specifications

This car has been equipped with a 17.3 kWh lithium-ion battery linked with a permanent synchronous motor that delivers peak power and torque of 41.42bhp and 110 Nm, respectively, to the drive train. The power transmission is done through an automatic transmission system which has no gears applicability.

The battery of this MG electric car is capable of delivering a total range of 230 km, as claimed by the manufacturer, on a full battery charge. This battery can be charged fully in nearly 5-7 hours with the help of a 3.3 kWh dedicated charger.

Moving further onto specifications, this EV has been provided with McPherson Strut in the front, a multi-link coil rear suspension, 12-inch alloy wheels with the tyres of ‘145/70R12’ profile, and front disc and rear drum brakes.
