MG has revised the prices of its premium cars in India, the M9 MPV and the Cyberster electric roadster. The MG M9, which was previously available for Rs 69.90 lakh (ex-showroom), is now priced at Rs 75.90 lakh, exhibiting an increase of Rs 5 lakh. On the other hand, the Cyberster EV has become more expensive by Rs 2.50 lakh, and is priced at Rs 77.49 lakh, compared to its earlier price of Rs 74.99 lakh. If you are planning to purchase either of these two MG cars in India, here are some key details about them that you should know.
The MG M9 comes with a 90kWh lithium-ion battery pack mounted under the floor, which drives a front-mounted electric motor to produce a maximum power of 241bhp and a peak torque of 350Nm. The MPV has a top speed of 180km/h, and a range of up to 548km on a single charge. In terms of charging, the MPV supports 11kW AC charging that can take the battery from 5% to 100% in around 8.5 hours. It also features DC fast charging capability, allowing a 30% to 80% top-up in just 30 minutes. Key features of the M9 include a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless phone charger, a 7-inch digital instrument display, a digital rear-view mirror, a panoramic sunroof, and a 13-speaker JBL setup, vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) charging capability.

The Cyberster features a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system mated to a 77kWh battery, which produces 510bhp of power and 725Nm of torque. It can go from 0 to 100km/h in 3.2 seconds, and cover up to 580km on a full charge (CLTC).

MG’s electric roadster is equipped with three digital screens, including a 10.25-inch instrument cluster and two 7-inch side displays, alongside a separate 7-inch vertical touchscreen dedicated to infotainment with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also offers wireless phone charging, ambient lighting, a premium Bose 8-speaker sound system, dual-zone climate control, and ventilated seats.
