The 2025 KTM 250 Adventure is now available in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 2.60 lakh (ex-showroom), reflecting an increase of Rs 12,000 over the previous model. It has a single variant and is available for booking with a nominal token amount of Rs 1,999. Customers can choose between two striking colour options, Orange and White, for the 2025 KTM 250 Adventure, which now has a fully redesigned chassis, a more powerful engine, and an array of upgraded features. These enhancements are designed to elevate the overall riding experience, providing improved performance, greater comfort, and superior off-road capabilities, making it an essential choice for adventure lovers.
The 2025 KTM 250 Adventure is powered by a 249cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers 30.57bhp and 25Nm and is paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring a bi-directional quick shifter and a slip-and-assist clutch. The bike sports a two-piece steel trellis frame, though it doesn't include an aluminium sub-frame. For suspension, it is equipped with WP Apex USD forks offering 200mm of travel at the front and a preload-adjustable monoshock with 205mm of travel at the rear.

Braking is handled by a 320mm front disc and a 240mm rear disc, both supported by dual-channel ABS, which can be deactivated on the rear wheel via the off-road mode in the cluster. The bike has a 177kg kerb weight, the same as the previous model. However, the fuel tank capacity is now 14-litres, 0.5 litres less than before. Other highlights include 227mm ground clearance, and 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels.
The 2025 KTM 250 Adventure has a more rugged, adventure-ready design than its predecessor. It features an elevated windscreen, dual-stacked LED headlights, and a beak-style front mudguard, complemented by sleek body panels and an underbelly exhaust for a more aggressive look.
