Suzuki Motorcycle India has rolled out the 2025 Avenis 125 in the country, now upgraded to meet the OBD-2B emission standards. Priced at Rs 91,400 (ex-showroom), the latest version continues the company’s push towards cleaner and more efficient mobility. While the scooter retains its signature sporty styling and performance traits, the update aligns it with the latest environmental regulations. Offered in a range of colour options, the new Avenis is designed to appeal to a wide range of riders. This move reflects Suzuki’s broader strategy of aligning its products with current compliance norms and market trends.

Coming to the mechanics, the latest Suzuki Avenis comes equipped with a 124.3cc, all-aluminium, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine. It produces a maximum output of 8.58bhp at 6,750 rpm and a peak torque of 10Nm at 5,500 rpm. The engine is based on Suzuki’s SEP (Suzuki Eco Performance) platform, designed to deliver an optimal mix of power, efficiency, and overall performance.
The scooter showcases a bold, sporty design inspired by motorcycles, complemented by sharp graphics that give it a dynamic presence. The fully digital instrument cluster provides key ride-related information, including battery voltage, oil change reminder, digital clock, dual trip meters, engine temperature, fuel level, eco riding indicator, and real-time fuel consumption data.
On the practical front, it comes equipped with a high-visibility LED headlamp and a sleek LED tail light, along with features such as an integrated engine start/stop switch with Suzuki’s Easy Start System, a side-stand engine cut-off function, a stylish muffler cover, a sporty step-up seat, split grab handles, and a spacious floorboard. Enhancing everyday convenience are features like a USB charging port in the front storage box, an additional front rack, a one-touch central locking mechanism with a shuttered key slot, an externally mounted fuel filler cap, and a generous 21.8-litre under-seat storage compartment.
Meanwhile, Suzuki has introduced a new high-end version of the Access 125, called the Ride Connect TFT Edition. This variant is priced at Rs 1.02 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning it Rs 6,800 above the LCD-based Ride Connect model in the lineup.

The main highlight of this edition is its 4.2-inch colour TFT instrument cluster, which supports Bluetooth connectivity, allowing riders to sync their smartphones for added convenience and functionality. Along with the tech upgrade, Suzuki has also debuted a new Pearl Mat Aqua Silver paint option, which complements the existing colour range that includes shades like Pearl Grace White, Metallic Mat Black No. 2, Solid Ice Green, and Metallic Mat Stellar Blue. Powering the scooter is the familiar 125cc single-cylinder engine, now updated to meet OBD-2B emission standards, delivering 8.3bhp of power and 10.2Nm of torque.
