The updated Royal Enfield Hunter 350 has been launched in India, with the new Base Premium variant priced at Rs 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom). This update adds functional features to the mid-range lineup. Royal Enfield has introduced this Base Premium trim to sit between the Retro and Metro versions. Bookings are open, and this version is positioned for riders seeking tubeless tyres and alloy wheels without the cost of the top-tier variants.

The Hunter 350 continues to use 17-inch wheels and competes with the Triumph Speed T4, Jawa 350, and TVS Ronin.
The Base Premium variant is available in Tarmac Black and features specific hardware changes over the entry model. The primary update is the transition to black alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, replacing the wire-spoke setup. It also includes a slip-and-assist clutch and a stitched seat. Components such as the halogen headlamp, digital-analogue console, and rotary switchgear are included in this trim.

Royal Enfield has also added two colour options to the higher variants: Mumbai Yellow and Moonshot White, priced at Rs 1.69 lakh (ex-showroom). Mumbai Yellow incorporates a palette of yellow, blue, and white, while Moonshot White features space-themed graphics. These additions bring the total number of available colour choices to ten.
The mechanical specifications remain the same. The motorcycle utilises the 349cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine from the J-series platform. This unit produces 20bhp and 27Nm of torque and is coupled with a five-speed gearbox. The mechanical configuration is intended for urban use.
