Aprilia RS 457: Design and Features

The motorcycle has an aggressive riding stance, a dynamic triangle design, and a lightweight subframe for better agility. The fuel tank has a muscular appearance, and the side fairing incorporates aerodynamic vents. Additionally available are twin LED headlamps, a clip-on handlebar, and a brief tail section. Overall, it seems like the RS 457 provides a true supersport experience.

The RS 457 comes with a remarkable range of features to match the pace of its competitors. It is equipped with ride-by-wire technology, which offers a variety of ride modes to accommodate various riding circumstances. Also, it receives a three-level traction control system, an optional quickshifter, a five-inch TFT display, and more.

Aprilia RS 457: Engine and Hardware

A brand-new 457cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled motor that is supported by a sturdy aluminium frame powers the RS 457. The engine generates a maximum power output of 47bhp, with a six-speed transmission and an optional quickshifter. The suspension duties are handled by a front 41mm USD fork with 120mm of travel and a rear monoshock with 130mm of travel. Preload can be changed for both. The braking system comprises a 320mm front disc with a Bybre 4-piston radial calliper, and a 220mm rear disc with a single-piston floating calliper. Additionally, the bike rolls on 17-inch wheels shod in TVS Protorq Extreme tyres with sizes of 110/70 up front and 150/60 at the back.
