Aprilia India has launched the SR-GP Replica 175 hp-e, a new limited-edition scooter priced at Rs 1.22 lakh (ex-showroom). Based on the SR 175, this edition brings a MotoGP-inspired design update while retaining the same technical package. The SR-GP Replica features a matte black body with red and purple graphics that mirror the liveries of Aprilia MotoGP RS-GP, ridden by Jorge Martin and Marco Bezzecchi. Aprilia branding and sponsor logos are placed on the front apron and under-seat panels, with a red rim stripe completing its racing look. Apart from the cosmetic changes, the scooter continues with the same frame and powertrain as the standard SR 175.

A key update on the SR-GP Replica is a new 5.5-inch colour TFT display that replaces the standard LCD console. The screen supports Bluetooth connectivity for smartphone pairing and displays essential ride data. The scooter also comes equipped with a USB charging port and full LED lighting, enhancing everyday usability while aligning the model more closely with Aprilia’s larger motorcycles.
The scooter is powered by a 174.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that develops 13bhp and 14Nm of torque. The motor is paired with a CVT transmission and is E20 fuel compatible. Aprilia claims a top speed of 110km/h, with torque delivery optimised for city use and smooth response in traffic, making it practical for urban commutes as well as steady runs on open stretches.

The scooter uses the same frame and suspension setup as the regular SR 175, with telescopic front forks, a rear mono-shock, and 14-inch alloy wheels fitted with high-grip tyres. Braking is managed by a 220mm front disc with single-channel ABS paired with a rear drum brake. This setup is designed to provide balanced performance across city roads and uneven surfaces.
