Bajaj intends to introduce the brand-new Pulsar N150 in India by the end of this month. However, before the planned introduction, pictures of the motorcycle arriving at dealerships emerged online. It has been revealed that the new Bajaj bike would be a Pulsar P150 dressed as a Pulsar N160. Hence, the N150 will mechanically resemble the P150 and cosmetically adopt the N160. It is expected to have a tyre-hugger, a single-piece grab rail, a bright projector LED headlight, streetfighter-type bodywork, and a slim tail section. Furthermore, it is anticipated that the new bike will feature an underbelly exhaust and a kick-start lever that is similar to that of the Bajaj Pulsar P150. The bike has been spotted in two colours, red and white. At this point, there isn't much information available regarding the bike, but more details are expected to emerge as the launch date nears.

Bajaj Pulsar N150: Engine and More Updates

The 149.68cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that powers the P150 will also propell the company's upcoming new N150. It is stated that this unit will generate 14.3bhp of maximum power and a peak torque of 13.5Nm. Further, this new motorcycle will also be built on the same chassis as the Pulsar P150, which includes the 31mm telescopic fork, preload-adjustable monoshock, disc up front, as well as, drum at the rear.

Regarding the features, the bike is expected to come equipped with a semi-digital instrument cluster similar to the one found in the N160. This cluster provides real-time and average mileage indications, a clock, as well as other fundamental information. Additionally, the bike will reportedly have single-channel ABS, a one-piece seat setup, and an alloy wheel design.

Bajaj Pulsar N150: Price and Market Rivals

In terms of price, the new Bajaj Pulsar N150 is likely to ask for a hefty premium of approximately Rs 5,000 or Rs 7,000 over the P150. For reference, the Bajaj Pulsar P150 has an ex-showroom starting price of Rs 1.17 lakh, while the Pulsar N160 is priced at Rs 1.3 lakh (introductory). Both are ex-showroom figures.
