BMW CE 02

The partnership between TVS Motor Company and BMW Motorrad recently celebrated its tenth anniversary, and on that occasion, production of the BMW CE 02 began at TVS Motor's Hosur plant. Alongside this, TVS rolled out the 1,50,000th unit of BMW Motorrad's 310cc motorcycle family. The TVS Hosur plant will serve as a global manufacturing hub for the forthcoming CE 02 electric two-wheeler. BMW will first introduce the CE 02 in Europe, followed by other markets. According to the companies, the ten-year partnership has resulted in providing outstanding products to the world. The exchange of technological expertise has helped improve engine technology, chassis design, and safety measures for both companies.

In the span of a decade, the two organizations have released five motorcycles – the G 310 R, the G 310 GS, the G 310 RR under the BMW Motorrad label, and the Apache RR 310 and the recently introduced Apache RTR 310 under TVS banner. For now, let's take a closer look at the specs of the BMW CE 02.
