Brixton Motorcycles has reduced the price of the Crossfire 500XC in India to Rs 4.92 lakh (ex-showroom), down from Rs 5.19 lakh previously. This change aims to make the scrambler model accessible to more riders seeking a mid-capacity bike that combines traditional design with practical performance. The Crossfire 500XC retains the styling cues of the 500X, featuring a round headlamp and a single-piece seat. The bike carries key scrambler elements such as a beak-shaped front mudguard, a small metal-finish windshield and serial-numbered side panels that add distinction to its appearance.

The bike’s suspension setup suits riders who want to tackle a range of road surfaces. It uses fully adjustable upside-down forks at the front and a rear monoshock with preload and rebound adjustments, both supplied by KYB. The 500XC rides on spoked wheels — 19 inches at the front and 17 inches at the rear — fitted with tubeless tyres. Braking power comes from a 320 mm disc at the front and a 240 mm disc at the rear, supported by dual-channel ABS for safety.
Power is provided by a 486 cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that produces 46 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 43 Nm of torque at 4,350 rpm. It is paired with a six-speed manual gearbox, designed to offer smooth power delivery suitable for city traffic or weekend rides on varied terrain.
