2021 Ducati Scrambler Range Launched M

Ducati has brought in the BS6 updated Scrambler range in three variants – Dark, Icon and 1100 Dark Pro. Bookings for the Scrambler range have commenced and deliveries will start on 28th January

Just last week, Ducati announced the introduction of 12 products this year, the first of which has been launched today – the 2021 Scrambler range. At Rs 7.99 lakh for the Icon Dark, the Scrambler range will continue to be the entry-point into the Ducati family. The Scrambler Icon is now priced at Rs 8.49 lakh – a premium of Rs 60,000 over the outgoing model. The Italian marquee has also introduced the updated BS6 Scrambler Dark Pro at Rs 10.99 lakh. All prices ex-showroom pan-India.

There are no substantial changes to the updated Scrambler’s design. It does, however, get a reworked suspension setup and cornering ABS. The Ducati has also fitted the Scrambler range with a new multimedia system that allows you to listen to music, answer incoming calls, or chat with the pillion using an intercom. Aside from the BS6 udpate, there is no change to the heart of the 2021 Scrambler. It continues to be powered by an 803cc L-twin motor that produces 71bhp and 66.2Nm. This engine comes paired with a 6-speed transmission that is assisted by a slipper clutch. Ducati has also brought in the updated Scrambler 1100 Dark Pro, in the Dark Stealth paint scheme. This Scrambler comes with the larger 1,079cc air-cooled L-twin unit that makes 85bhp and 88Nm.

Ducati has commenced bookings of the 2021 Scrambler range across all its outlets and deliveries will commence on 28th January. Aside from the Scrambler, the Italian bikemaker is also expected to bring in the Streetfighter V4, Multistrada V4 and a bunch of other models.
