Customisable Hero Splendor+ Black & Accent launched

The Hero Splendor+ Black & Accent offers three graphic customisation options at the time of purchase.

To cash in on the ongoing festive season, Hero MotoCorp has launched the new Splendor+ Black & Accent edition at ₹64,470 (ex-showroom, Delhi). What makes this version of the Splendor+ stand out is the fact that it can be customised at the time of purchase, a unique initiative in the commuter motorcycle segment. As standard, the Splendor+ Black & Accent edition comes with an all-black theme, courtesy of the black exterior paint and black-coloured alloys, chain cover & engine block.

A customer will have the option of choosing from three livery options that have been chosen by Hero MotoCorp from its ‘Hero CoLabs’ competition, conducted in May 2020. The three livery designs put into production – Beetle Red, Firefly Golden and Bumble Bee Yellow – were chosen as the top three entries of the competition. The bike can even be purchased without any livery installation.

Sharing his thoughts on the launch, Malo Le Masson (Head of Strategy – Hero MotoCorp) said, 'This is an excellent example of Hero MotoCorp’s new vision and mission of moving ahead with a collaborative approach and achieving synergy between the digital and physical world. Within five months, we have put the winning designs, from the contest, into production and made them available to our customers. We will continue to bring more such creative initiatives in the future.'

The ex-showroom cost of the bike does not include the cost of the livery pack (priced at ₹899). For ₹1,399, customers have the option of buying the complete kit, that also includes a 3D Hero logo and wheel rim tape.
