Hero MotoCorp has confirmed that the prices of its motorcycles and scooters will be significantly reduced in response to the new GST slabs. There is no update on the model-wise exact price list, but Hero has stated that reductions will go up to Rs 15,743, depending on the model. The new prices will be effective from September 22, 2025, onwards. Hero has an extensive and diverse lineup in India. Its popular motorcycle series include Splendor, Passion, HF, Glamour, and Xtreme, while the scooter range comprises Destini and the Xoom. Here's a detailed look at the model-wise price reductions.

Commenting on the announcement, Vikram Kasbekar, Chief Executive Officer, Hero MotoCorp, said, 'We welcome the Government’s next-gen GST 2.0 reforms, which will boost consumption, empower GDP growth, and accelerate India’s journey to a $ 5 trillion economy. In addition, more than half of the Indian households use two-wheelers for their daily needs, making it critical for mass mobility. The timing is opportune and ahead of the festive season, making two-wheelers more affordable and accessible for India’s largest consumer base, while giving a strong demand push.

He also added, 'By passing on the full GST benefit to customers, Hero MotoCorp reaffirms its commitment to enabling mobility, empowering families, and supporting the vision of ‘Make in India.'
Hero MotoCorp sold 5.54 lakh units overall in August 2025, representing an 8.07% increase from the last year's 5.12 lakh units.

The sales in the domestic market stood at 5.19 lakh units, a growth of 5.46%. Meanwhile, the international shipments reached 34,588, marking a rise of 72.11% year-on-year.
