Ultraviolette F77 Turkey

Ultraviolette Automotive, in collaboration with K-Rides, has showcased its flagship vehicle— the F77—at the ongoing Motobike Istanbul show. K-Rides is a subsidiary of Kibar Holding, which is going to look after the sales and distribution of the F77 electric bike when it goes on sale in Turkey. Ultraviolette showcased the F77 Recon model at the event, which comes equipped with a 10.3kWh battery and 29kW mid-mounted electric motor. The model's stated IDC range is 307 kilometres, and the top speed is 147km/h. The regular variant, on the other hand, is propelled by a 27kW motor and a smaller 7.1kWh battery. It has an IDC range of 206 kilometres and a top speed of 140km/h. In India, the F77 base and high-spec Recon variants cost Rs 3.80 lakh and Rs 4.55 lakh, respectively. Both are ex-showroom prices.

Ultraviolette F77: Some Key Highlights

The Ultraviolette F77's base and Recon models have a slender and modern appearance. They come equipped with wide-side fairings, alloy wheels, split seats, and LED headlamps. For both versions, Ultraviolette offers three colour options: Plasma Red, Supersonic Silver, and Stealth Grey. Among the other features of the F77 are a five-inch TFT screen with smartphone connectivity, a nine-axis IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), adaptive dash lighting, side stand sensors, automated headlamp on/off, navigation, fall, and collision sensors, and ride-by-wire.

Ultraviolette Automotive recently refined the charging experience for its F77 electric bike with an up-to-date DC fast charging infrastructure called the UV Supernova. The brand-new charging stations include Supernova (6kW) and Supernova Plus (12kW) chargers with type 6 connectors. In about forty to sixty minutes, these chargers can fully charge both the standard Ultraviolette F77 and the higher-spec F77 Recon models from 20% to 80%. According to the firm, the new charging solution is faster than the standard charger, which requires more than eight hours, and the Boost Charger, which is an optional accessory that requires four hours to fully charge. The first 10 Supernova charging stations have already been set up in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. Ultraviolette plans to grow the network to 100 charging stations in over a year.
